BRIGG FARMERS' MARKET CAN RE-OPEN

Brigg Farmers' Market can now resume offering its wide range of food and drink to the public, organiser North Lincolnshire Council has said.
This is a major boost, not only for customers and stall-holders but also for shops and other businesses across the town centre due to the considerable 'footfall' generated.
Early in the lockdown period the council suspended its monthly farmers' markets until further notice.
But the authority has now restored Brigg's Thursday and Saturday general markets - from June 4. And Monday's announcement about those has been followed by the go ahead for the next farmers' event on Saturday, June 27.
