This bungalow in Brigg has been earmarked for demolition, with a new property to be built on the site to take its place.
The proposal involving the bungalow at 11 Eastfield Road, which was erected around 1960, is now going through the planning process.
Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee will consider the application when it meets (via the internet) on Thursday evening (June 18).
Its views will be made known to North Lincolnshire Council, the local planning authority, which will make the final decision on whether to grant permission.
