BRIGG SENIORS TO VISIT SKEGNESS

Brigg Senior Citizen's trip to Skegness will take place on Tuesday, July 19.
Transport will leave town at 10am, returning at 5pm.
The cost of a day trip to the Lincolnshire seaside resort is £7 per person and there will be several pick-up points in Brigg.
Tickets are now being sold through Brigg Tourist Information Centre at The Buttercross, Market Place.

I recall when Chris Gunnee organised these trips some years ago.
He died aged 93, but had a habit of saying, 'the excursion is for the old dears', seemingly forgetting his own 4 and a half plus score years.

Brilliant value when you consider Brigg to Cleethorpes is £11.40 for an Adult return, upto 50% can be taken off for a concession pass but this is something North Lincolnshire Council do not promote very well
