BRIGG SCHOOL REUNION MATCH IN THE DIARY

 

A sign of advancing years, no doubt, but this year's Briggensians v Sir John Nelthorpe, Brigg, cricket match seems to be in danger of passing us by.

The date we have discovered online from the association's Social Diary - Friday, July 8, on the school field, starting at 6pm.
Even if approached to play we would have to decline and tender apologies, as we'll be covering Brigg Bike Night on Bridge Street this Friday, from 5pm.
The Old Boys' cricket team generally meets up for a few drinks after the annual match. In past years this get-together has been at the Yarborough.
