BRIGG A CENTURY AGO

The year 1911 - 100 years ago - saw Brigg folk taking to the streets to celebrate the Coronation of King George V, on June 22. Down in London - at Westminster Abbey - Sir Edward Elgar's Coronation March was performed for the first time. He also wrote the short offertory O Hearken Thou.
We think there's a surviving picture, somewhere, showing Coronation crowds in Bridge Street, Brigg, but it's not in my collection.

Is that the one were there are castellated towers on the bridge, Nige?
If so, I think it's in Doddie's 'Brigg' book.
