Planning permission to replace rendering at 23 College Yard, Brigg - Corner House Beauty & Hair Ltd - is being sought from North Lincolnshire Council.
It is planned to take take off existing cracked and damaged render and replace it with new render. This building is within the Brigg Conservation Area..
Another application recently lodged is for permission to erect a conservatory to the rear courtyard of Ancholme Gardens, Elwes Street. It has been submitted by the North Lincolnshire Homes Ltd Head of Regeneration.
