Affordable homes are needed, but all new and proposed development impinges directly on the A18 - Bridge St/Barnard Ave.
It may sound pie in the sky, but a 2nd river crossing is needed.
My suggestion is built it parallel to the M180 bridge - give access to motorway ...........road to run from Brickyard Lane to Castlethorpe.
Sell off the Rec and Brigg FC for affordable housing and with money re-site sporting facilities and Brigg FC ground on adjacent land to Brickyard Lane.
