It turns out not to be a journalistic post, but it will suit someone interested in administration.

...anyway, shouldn't we express ourselves in plain English.....for example, what the dickens is a Quality & Performance Coordinator - is the role the old job as the supervisor checking off work? And wot's a Wellbeing Hub? ...and shouldn't we call a Cleaner - an Environmental Multi-Tasked Hygiene Operative?...and is the title, 'Locality' superfluous - wot's advertised is a position of a Senior Social Worker to cover Brigg/Barton - that alone informs what the job is and the geographical area, so why add 'Locality'?
