Urban councils receive 50% more per head of government funding than rural areas, despite the additional challenges in delivering services in sparsely populated areas.
Brigg and Goole MP Andrew Percy is asking residents to sign the Rural Fair Share petition, which will be presented to Parliament as part of the Rural Fair Share campaign.
