SUPPORT FOR MOVE TO TACKLE PROBLEMS NEAR BRIGG PRIMARY SCHOOL

Brigg Town Council is supporting proposals to make permanent the experimental 'no waiting or stopping' order around the Primary School at the end of Atherton Way - designed to reduce problems on the road.
The closing date for comments to be made to North Lincolnshire Council, which oversees education and highways, is May 30.
The Town Council was consulted and Coun Ann Eardley told a meeting of the Planning and Environment Committee that a letter about parking issues had been sent to parents of pupils.
