We were on our way from Brigg to Scunthorpe early on bank holiday Monday and spotted the traffic lights were "out" at the top of Old Courts Road. A quick email was fired off to Coun Nigel Sherwood (Brigg and Wolds), Cabinet Member for Highways and Neighbourhoods at North Lincolnshire Council, which is a policy Brigg Blog often adopts when we spot something we think the highway authority should know about.
