APPROVAL GIVEN FOR EXTENSIONS CLOSE TO BRIGG

Planning permission has been given for property extensions just outside Brigg.
West Lindsey District Council granted an application to erect a single-storey side extension and a first floor front extension, with carport below, at 1 Pingley Park. This is near the A1084 Bigby High Road.
Bigby Parish Council was consulted as part of the planning process and supported the application.
West Lindsey District Council said the proposal "will not harm the character and appearance of the street scene or the dwelling or unduly impact the living conditions of the residents of neighbouring properties."
North Lincolnshire Council has granted planning permission to erect a two-storey extension to the rear of the dwelling (and associated works) at Malnor, 6 North Carr Lane, Saxby-All-Saints.
It has also approved the erection of a two-storey side extension at 22 Estate Avenue, Broughton.
The authority has granted permission to retain a wooden cabin for use as a deli at The Hollies, 3 Orchard Lane, Kirmington.
West Lindsey planners have yet to make their decision on an outline application for the erection of up to four dwellings, with access to be considered and not reserved for subsequent applications, on land to the south of Clixby Lane, Grasby.
