Planning permission in Brigg is being sought to erect a single storey extension and alterations, including new detached domestic garage and home office, at St Helens Lodge, Wrawby Road.
This is right on the edge of Brigg and very close to the boundary with Wrawby.
Brigg Town Council has no objections to the scheme; North Lincolnshire planners have the final say.
