TEL SID - PEOPLE LIVING IN BRIGG AREA COULD SAVE UP TO £120 ON ENERGY BILLS, SAYS NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL

Make a note of a session in Brigg where you can sign up to save money on your energy bills.
Better still, "Tell Sid" or elderly friends, neighbours and relative of  any name  who use gas and electricity but do not have internet access.
North Lincolnshire Council will again be holding a Collective Switching scheme which  helps people across the area to get cheaper energy bills. Last year more than 320 people registered.
The council says you could save up to £120 on your energy bills by signing up.
Collective switching offers households the opportunity to sign up to a scheme that allows an intermediary to enter an auction with energy companies on their behalf, to secure a discounted energy price.
The Brigg session will be at the Angel building on Thursday 23 January, from 1.30pm to 4.30pm. But you don't have to attend to register. You can also do so yourself by following this link
If you are too young to remember, Tel Sid was a famous TV advert campaign about the sale of British Gas shares in the 1980s.
