YOUTH LEADER TACKLING BRIGG TRIATHLON IN A GOOD CAUSE

Local youth leader Sheridan Jones is taking on the Brigg Triathlon to raise cash for medical equipment.
A grand ceilidh will be held in Worlaby for the same cause, which Brigg people are welcome to attend.
One of the organiser, Pam Beeforth, says: "Please let me know if you would like tickets or could possibly donate a raffle prize for this most important fundraiser. We are supporting Sheridan Jones, our local youthleader, who is raising money for a defib for Worlaby by doing the Brigg Triathalon."
The ceilidh will be on Saturday, October 5 at 7.30pm at Worlaby Village Hall. Tickets cost £10, including hot supper. For tickets and further details call 01652 618832 or 618627.
"Bring your own drinks and dancing shoes!" adds Pam.
Brigg Blog's thanks go to Coun Jane Kitching, of our Town Council, for forwarding Pam's publicity material about this worthy fundraiser.
