NEW RESTAURANT IN BRIGG TAKING SHAPE

It shouldn't be too much longer now until a new restaurant in Brigg opens to the public. It's being created above Scalinis, the well-known fish and chip establishment in Wrawby Street. In addition, they are now offering gluten free fare to customers - useful information for those who are intolerant in that respect.

When I went in for a peep the other day, Stavros told me it'll be another fortnight before the major work is complete.
Diners will enter the first-floor from the existing chippie - the back door (as seen in the photo) will be an emergency exit.
There will remain a dining facility on the ground floor for folks who are unable to climb the stairs.
One major installation is the new fire alarm system. The staircase is already fitted, the studding for the walls are in, but they still need plaster-boarding..and the upstairs will have a new toilet ...so it should be a good plaice to be in the near future.
However, I'm still puzzled by the logistics of how Stavros + staff will be able to serve their customers, as no-one's mentioned a dumb-waiter and I can't see folks carrying food and hot drinks up the stairs....and the dirty dishes down...
