YARBOROUGH HUNT EXPANSION THROUGH PART ONE OF THE PLANNING PROCESS

The plans submitted by Tom Wood to extend the Yarborough Hunt pub in Brigg by utilising the house next door at 48 Bridge Street have cleared the first part of the planning process.
Permission is being sought for change of use of a dwelling and for listed building consent for internal alterations at No 48.
Brigg Town Council's Planning and Environment Committee - meeting last night (Wed) in the Angel Suite - did not take long to decide it had no objections to what's being proposed for the hostelry.
Coun Ann Eardley described it as "a really good idea" - and Coun Chris Dyson suggested additional seating would be "very welcome."
The application  is now with North Lincolnshire Council for a final decision to be made and announced.
