RARE BIRD IN THIS BIT OF BRIGG

We had a visit from a magpie in Springfield Road, Brigg, the other day, which was a very unusual 'spot' for this little corner of town. We've had a peacock and a sparrowhawk, wrens and robins, bullfinches, goldcrests, blue tits, great tits, and the more common pigeons, sparrows, starlings and blackbirds. But black and white magpies are rarer down here, although we've seen them in other parts of Brigg.

You don't want magpies, Scribs.
They are savage predators...a couple of magpies will destroy most of the other bird-life in the area.
