FAIR PLAY TO BRIGG TOWN FC
Brigg Town FC have dropped a place to 14th in the Evo-Stik League Division One South following Monday’s 3-2 home defeat to leaders Grantham.
However, the Zebras remain second (behind Leek) in the Fair Play League, rewarding clubs with good disciplinary records.
The latest table shows Brigg have incurred 26 cautions in 27 games, but have yet to have a player sent off.
Leek are going to take some catching, though, as they have picked up only 16 bookings.
On Saturday (Jan 7) Brigg journey to New Mills.
The next game at The Hawthorns is on Tuesday, January 10 when Kidsgrove Athletic are the visitors for a floodlit fixture.
