VIOLINIST TAKES A BOW

Yesterday's busker in Wrawby Street, Brigg, was four hours early.
It was 1412 and not 1812 when we observed him giving a solo violin rendition of Tchaikovsky's famous Overture.
We were going to take a picture and make a small monetary contribution, but by the time we came back along the main thoroughfare he had gone.
Nearby St John's Church bells would have added much to the music and been in keeping with the original score of the Russian classical masterpiece.
Next time perhaps the busker might consider Delius' Brigg Fair.

.....St John's may have supplied the bells, but who, or what supplied the volley of cannon fire, Scribs?
