11. TO RECEIVE THE FIRST DRAFT OF THE BRIGG EMERGENCY PLAN.
12. BRIGG FARMERS' MARKET – 10TH ANNIVERSARY CELBRATIONS
To consider whether the Town Council should be involved in the above celebration on Saturday 24th July and, if so, in what capacity?

The Double Ducks - No 2222 Squadron, ATC.
The air cadets (like the army cadets and sprouts) is an excellent youth organisation.
I have, however, not quite understood why the ATC and others have not encouraged to offer demonstrations in Brigg centre - from a stall to a marching band.
Such occasions could be a win-win for all concerned.
