BRIGG PUB SHOWS ITS PEDIGREE

Popular and widely-known Pedigree ale is now available, hand-pulled, at the Britannia Inn, on Wrawby Street, Brigg. We've sampled it and liked the serving temperature - not too cold!
There is a new riddles quiz each Wednesday, starting at 8pm, and a general knowledge quiz every Sunday night.
Snacks are being provided at the Brit quizzes, which are free to enter.
The prize on offer each time is a gallon of ale or two bottles of wine.
Entertainment is being offered every weekend - Friday or Saturday.
Local chef Tommy is in the kitchen, with food being served Thursday to Saturday, 6-9pm, and on Sunday from noon to 4pm.
Mine host Sarah tells us that new lower prices are being offered with a larger selection of spirits and shots, and says there's a new page on Facebook called The Britannia.
For the time being, call  mobile number 07940 211856 for any inquries relating to the pub/restaurant. or email sarah.johnson.gs@gmail.com
There's a Penny Raffle for Beer in operation. This is an interesting concept and something we can't recall seeing elsewhere. We'll post further details at a later date.
Nigel and Sarah (pictured) are managing the Brit short-term.
