BRIGG BOWLING CLUB SEEKING GRANT

Brigg Bowling Club's green, off Dudley Road, close to White Horse Paddock.

A request for a grant from Brigg Bowling Club will be considered at  a meeting of the Town Council's Policy Committee tonight (Wednesday, September 9) in the Angel Suite Lounge. 
This meeting, which starts at 7pm, is open to interested members of the public. If you are attending, entry to the building at this time of day is through the Rotunda (conservatory-like building) off the rear car park.

BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED
1. Notice convening the meeting
2. To Receive apologies and reasons for absence
3. a) To record declarations of interest by any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below. Members declaring interests should identify the agenda item and type of interest being declared.
b) To note dispensations given to any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below.
4. To Receive any general correspondence
5. To Receive the update on outstanding issues from the clerk.
6. BRIGG 2020 VISION
a) To Receive reports from the following meetings:
i) Brigg 2020 Vision group
i) Brigg 2020 Vision Monitoring group
7. WEB SITE / FACEBOOK / BRIGG BLOG /BRIGG NEWSLETTER
To Review the management and publication of the Web Site, Facebook, Brigg Blog and the Newsletter.
8. ACCOUNTS AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
a) To undertake the quarterly Review of Town Council Expenditure as at 30th June 2015, in comparison with the Budget approved for 2015/16 (Supporting information enclosed)
9. GRANTS & DONATIONS
a) To receive and consider the Grant Application from Brigg Bowling Club
10. a) In view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted under Agenda Item 10(b), it is advisable in the public interest that the press and public are excluded and they are instructed to withdraw.
b) Community Champion Awards
To consider potential candidate(s) for nomination.
