BRIGG AND THE ANNIVERSARY OF D-DAY

Only one member of the public attended the latest meeting of Brigg Town Council in the Angel Suite and exercised his right to be heard during Public Question Time.
Ken Harrison, from Wrawby, said June would see the 70th anniversary of D-Day and asked whether the Town Council would be marking that milestone.
This year, of course, the town will be marking the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of World War One.
You can have your say during Public Question Time at any Brigg Town Council monthly meeting - details of which appear in advance on Brigg Blog.
