BRIGG & WOLDS: FOUR NEW DETACHED PROPERTIES PLANNED


A Brigg & Wolds Ward application seeking permission for four new homes at Elsham House, on Brigg Road, Wrawby is now being considered by North Lincolnshire Council.
Outline approval is being sought to erect the detached dwellings, with their appearance and landscaping reserved for subsequent consideration by planners. Part of the access roadway has been completed.
The public consultation period for the outline application will end on December 20.
North Lincolnshire Council recently granted planning permission, having approved the following two applications:
SCAWBY BROOK: Erect a two-storey side extension at 127 Scawby Road.
BROUGHTON: Erect a single-storey rear and side extension at 15 Town Hill Drive.
 

NORTH KELSEY: Brown & Co, which has offices in Brigg Market Place, acted as agent for an applicant which has successfully obtained planning permission for new housing. West Lindsey District Council's Planning Committee has granted outline permission for three dwellings (including the demolition of existing commercial buildings) on land near Little London Farm, North Kelsey, and also permission for the conversion of barns at the farm to provide one dwelling.
