PLANNING COMMITTEE ABOUT TO DECIDE 5 BRIGG & WOLDS AND RIDGE WARD APPLICATIONS


Five applications submitted for the Brigg & Wolds and Ridge Wards are due to be decided by North Lincolnshire Council's Planning Committee at its next meeting, to be held on Wednesday (September 8).
ELSHAM: Erect a detached dwelling and detached double garage with office space above, The Old Cottage, 32 Church Street.
HIBALDSTOW: Outline application to erect 4 dwellings on land at Brigg Road AND another application to erect single-storey extensions to the front, side and rear of the dwelling at 155 Station Road.
HOWSHAM: Erect a masonry outbuilding with pitched roof in the garden of the property for use as an elderly personal annexe, Hamsden Garth, Cadney Road.
CADNEY: Erect a detached bungalow with access, Shepherds House Farm, Pump Hill.
The committee will meet in Church Square House, Scunthorpe High Street, on Wednesday from 2pm - a session which is open to interested members of the public. A number of applications from other areas of North Lincolnshire will also be considered.
The council's planning chairman is Coun Nigel Sherwood (Brigg & Wolds).
