NO OBJECTION TO BRIGG STORE PLAN

Brigg Town Council has raised no objections to Brian's DIY changing the use of the first floor to retail and adding a new fire escape.
Chairman Coun Ben Nobbs told last night's meeting of the Planning and Environment Committee that the first floor was currently used for storage.
An application for replacement advertising signs at the Wilkinson store, in Cary Lane, was held over to the next meeting, as the application had only just been received.
North Lincolnshire Council planners have the final say on all development applications, but Brigg town councillors must be consulted as part of the process.
