The Met Office has issued a warning which suggests that snow is likely in the Yorkshire and Humber region on Thursday and Friday this week.
It seems that the higher the ground, the greater the risk. So take particular note if you live up on the Wolds. Whether Brigg sees much of the white stuff remains to be seen. But if some does arrive, take care on the paths and roads.

I've got me skis ready, Nige....they don't call me Skid Pan for nowt.
Hope to graduate to downhill by 2021.....tried a snowplough down Wrawby Hill the other year....ended up with severe groin sprain after doing the splits outside the Jolly Miller.
Next time, I'll tie the skis together to limit the split-angle.
I treat every opportunity as a learning curve as long as the angle isn't too steep.
....just a thought.....the winter of '63 didn't really start until the last week of January....I remember it well...and there was a similar pattern in '47..
In the 62/63, winter, it was bitterly cold in December....cold blasts were coming from Russia...and there was a severe snowstorm on Dartmoor in December...then the snow came from the Arctic on, or about 22nd Jan....
