North Lincolnshire Council is now considering the application for 4 Manor House, Bigby Street.
A report submitted with the application says the grade two listed building is currently empty.
The applicant is seeking approval to make necessary repairs, renew, reinstate, regenerate and sympathetically restore/refurbish the interior and exterior of the building, with as little impact as possible.
