Convening Notice Branch AGM
Notification is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Brigg & District Branch Royal British Legion will be held.
Location: Brigg & District Servicemen’s Club Coney Court Brigg DN20 8EX.
Date: Thursday 28th March 2019.
Time: 20:00hrs (8pm).
The business to be transacted shall be:
To Elect the officers of the Branch.
To elect Members to serve on the Branch Committee.
To consider the Branch Accounts.
To discuss future Branch business.
Any Branch Member wishing to be considered for nomination for election as a Branch Officer should apply in writing to the undersigned no later than Monday 25th March. Full details of membership and contact details of both the Nominee and Proposer must be included.
All Branch Members are requested to attend. Proof of membership may be requested on entrance.
