INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNED FOR BRIGG
Brigg Town Council has raised no objections to an application for planning permission to erect an industrial unit and offices on land off Europa Way.
However, Coun Mel Oades suggested that consideration might be given to keeping construction traffic away from the area at the beginning and end of the school day.
That’s because of the proximity to Brigg County Primary School.
North Lincolnshire Council planners will have the final say on granting permission and where any conditions should be attached.
Permission is being sought by CLS Civil Engineering.
Brigg Town Council is also content with a planning application to erect a single storey extension at 4 Old School Close (off Glebe Road), although it was pointed out that the property had only recently been built.
