Decisions on five applications in the Brigg & Wolds Ward and adjoining Ridge Ward are due to be made during the North Lincolnshire Council Planning Committee meeting on Wednesday afternoon (November 17). Most of them relate to proposed new housing.
HIBALDSTOW: Application for approval of reserved matters (access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to outline planning permission already granted for up to 48 residential dwellings near the B1207, Station Road.
ELSHAM: Outline application to erect a detached dwelling with appearance, landscaping, layout and scale reserved for subsequent consideration at Orchard House, 12 Barnetby Lane.
REDBOURNE: Application for approval of reserved matters (access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to outline planning permission previously granted for six dwellings at Carr Lane.
ELSHAM: Application to vary a condition of the planning approval granted in 2020 to reflect amendments to a proposed dwelling on land south of Church Street.
HIBALDSTOW: Application for temporary change of use for the storage of prefabricated units at Slate House Farm, Redbourne Road.
The committee will also consider the adoption of the Worlaby Parish Neighbourhood Plan.

Wednesday's meeting is open to interested members of the public and will be held at Church Square House in Scunthorpe town centre. Other applications will be considered from Bottesford, Messingham, the Isle of Axholme and Killingholme.
The committee usually convenes once a month.
