But a statement submitted to North Lincolnshire Council with the planning application says: "The proposals will have no effect whatsoever on any building acknowledged as being of historic or architectural importance or indeed the setting of any such building."
Included on one of the drawings accompanying the application is "Proposed extension to kitchen."
This application will be considered by the council after August 31.
