BRIGG RESTAURANT REDEVELOPMENT TO BE CONSIDERED BY COUNCILLORS
Plans to redevelop well-known town centre restaurant premises in Brigg will considered by town councillors meeting in the Angel Suite next week.
This is the former Coleman's Restaurant building, in Queen Street, which has been vacant for some time.
Brigg Town Council's Planning & Environment Committee will consider the application on Wednesday 15th January.
Planning permission is being sought for change of use from restaurant to four commercial units.
The meeting start at 8pm and is open to interested members of the public.
The Town Council forms the first stage in the planning process and can, if it wishes, make views known to North Lincolnshire planners, who have the final say on all applications.
