BRIGG HOUSE CLEARANCE
The self-made wooden sign was still there this morning near Brigg Monument, as it has been for a number of days, advertising a house clearance sale at an address in the town centre. Such signs and sales were not uncommon years ago, but I've not seen one in Brigg for a long time. It's to be hoped things go well for the occupier who's selling up. A sign of the economic times we live in, or just a case of moving on?
