North Lincolnshire Council is planning to provide a courtyard cafe in the refurbished Angel, as part of major redevelopment which will see the library relocated and a Heritage Centre created in what's now an office suite.
Legal requirements being as they are, Brigg Town Council was informed under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010.
A town council committee, meeting on Monday in another part of the Angel, raised no objections.
However, Coun Chris Dyson pointed out he had been unable to see any toilets "which would be required" marked on the plans.

Don't know about toilets on the ground floor, Scribs, but there are Ladies/Gents/Disabled toilets on the first floor - accessed by a nearby lift and a spiral staircase.
