The go-ahead has finally been given to erect 24 self-contained retirement apartments with communal facilities at Tennyson Close, off Albert Street, Brigg, to replace the present development. After much time and thought, plus a visit to the site, North Lincolnshire Council has approved the application from Longhurst Group Ltd.
There are 18 detailed conditions and requirements written into the consent, controlling how the development will be carried out and when.
