Brigg Town Cricket Club heads division four of the Lincolnshire County Cricket League, sponsored by Readers.
The Brigg players were without a league game yesterday but have a six-point lead at the top of the table, having won five of their opening six fixtures.
This coming Saturday, July 1, they will play second-from-bottom Scunthorpe Town 3rds at Hibaldstow, starting at 1.30pm.
