PLANNING APPLICATION IN BRIGG & WOLDS WARD TO BE CONSIDERED TOMORROW

A Brigg & Wolds area application will be considered by councillors sitting on North Lincolnshire Council's planning committee when it holds its monthly meeting tomorrow (Wednesday, April 26).
This will start at 2pm at Scunthorpe Civic Centre, off Ashby Road.
Among applications going before the committee is:
Land south of and 12 Queens Road, Barnetby le Wold: Outline application to demolish two outbuildings and to erect two pairs of semi-detached dwellings and garages, with all matters reserved for subsequent approval, together with new vehicular access.
This is regarded by the council as an application of significant public interest.
