Some 20 Purple Peddlers completed the ride and £762.19 has already gone to this worthy cause, following a street collection and raffle, with more cash to come.
Andrew thanks the people of Brigg for their "amazing generosity" and says you can still donate through the Just Giving facility.
He adds: "Many thanks to The Nelthorpe Arms, Brigg Town Council, The Brigg Town Business
Partnership and the town's hostelries, without whose co-operation the fundraising
wouldn't have gone so well.
