An application has been made for permission to serve alcoholic drinks to accompany meals at the new Scalinis fish restaurant in Brigg.
Workmen are still busy creating the new eatery above the popular chippie at 79 Wrawby Street.
North Lincolnshire Council will consider the licensing application.
The hours requested are 10.30am to 10.30pm, Monday to Sunday.
