Brigg Blog is pleased to see this litter bin on Bigby Road, close to the A1084.
On several occasions, over many months, we bemoaned the fact that a bin had been removed from a lamp-post closer to the Monument war memorial and never replaced.
But this one - located nearby - fits the bill nicely and we trust it will be well used by people who've been socialising in town centre pubs when it comes to depositing their 'walking home' takeaway leftovers and wrappings.
Those who eat more quickly, or buy smaller portions, can use the bins provided on East Park, near the Tintab shelter.
