Brigg will be on the world sporting circuit next year.
The World Quadrathlon Championships 2014 are coming to town.
Lincsquad has been selected to host the event and a member of the group will attend the next meeting of Brigg Town Council to give further details.
Councillors meeting in the Angel Suite on Monday, December 16, from 7.30pm, will be asked to consider how the council can support the club "in the successful delivery of this prestigious event."
This meeting of the Town Council is open to interested members of the public.
There will be Public Question Time set aside during which local people can raise issues, if they wish.

Brigg could be featured on global telly....
Significant folks should now be thinking of such things as advertising/promoting the town/North Lincs as an investment area; a proper coach-park; quality accommodation/catering and advertising the event nationally....
Do we have such folks with vision?
