CHRISTMAS IN BRIGG 2017 - WHAT'S ON OFFER

Brigg and its wealth of independent retailers are gearing up for a busy festive season with a number of activities taking place in the lead up to Christmas.
On Tuesday November 21st, The Brigg Town Business Partnership are holding their Christmas Mince Pies & Mulled Wine event at The Buttercross which will also see the Posada begin its journey around Brigg. This informal get together is open to all businesses in Brigg to attend.
A Christmas Window Competition and a Children’s Trail will take place during December with entry forms being available from all participating shops and Brigg Tourist Information Centre with the winners being announced on Saturday December 16th at 1.00pm
The Festival of Christmas Trees and Wreaths take place at St John’s Church and Church Hall between Thursday December 7th and Sunday December 10th  with The Tree of Light being situated in Chapel Court between Monday November 20th and Saturday January 6th 2018.
The Brigg Christmas Fayre (2016 event pictured above), organised by Brigg District Lions Club, takes place on Friday December 1st between 5.00pm and 9.00pm where there will be wide array of stalls and entertainment with most retailers remaining open.
Brigg’s final Farmers' Market for 2017 will take place on Saturday December 16th between 9.00am and 3.00pm.
You can enjoy 2 hours' free car parking Monday to Friday and free parking all day on Saturdays, making your visit to the bustling market town even more enjoyable.
