Brigg Town Football Club enjoyed a comfortable 5-0 home win over Grimsby Borough Reserves at The Hawthorns yesterday (Saturday, April 27).
Barring a heavy defeat in their final fixture, the Zebras will finish runners-up to leaders Lincoln Moorlands Railway in the Balcan Lighting Supplies Lincolnshire League Premier for 2018/19.
Brigg will complete their league programme on Wednesday (May 1) with a home game against Nettleham (7.45pm).
Third-placed Gainsborough Trinity Reserves - three points behind Brigg and with an inferior goal difference - play their last match on May 4.
Brigg will host Lincoln United Reserves at The Hawthorns on Friday, May 10 in the final of the Challenge Cup (7.45pm).
