BRIGG TOWN CENTRE SHOP AND SUPERIOR FLATS FOR SALE
A three-storey building containing a shop and two superior flats in Brigg town centre is now available for sale.
It's on the property market through local agents Paul Fox Commercial.
No 57 Wrawby Street - next to the archway leading through to the Exchange Coach House - has seen many uses over the years.
Ventures since the Second World War have included a painter/decorator/signwriter, the Lincolnshire Times newspaper (early 1950s to mid-1980s), garment repairs, computer fixing and shoe sales.
The latest retail occupier has now relocated to College Yard, Brigg.
The flats above - now known as 57A and 57B Wrawby Street - were created after the newspaper closed and the property changes hands.

The Lincolnshire Times used the ground and first floors of what was then just No 57 as offices and the top one for storage.
The newsroom was on the first floor, overlooking Wrawby Street, and gave reporters a fine view of Brigg life unfolding before them.
It was always interesting to see how drivers who had parked outside local shops reacted to the impending arrival of the traffic warden.
Bowen's bakery and Water's butchers were among those to benefit from quick-stop customers.
Pre-pedestrianisation when Wrawby Street was still the A18 there was an extensive car parking area behind the Lincolnshire Times office.
It later became part of Joe Mullen's Exchange Coach House, where additional rooms were made available in the courtyard.
