13 NEW HOMES TO BE BUILT ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF BRIGG
Thirteen new homes have been given the go ahead on the outskirts of Brigg.
Cyden Homes Ltd, of Laceby, near Grimsby, has been granted planning permission for the dwellings.
The location is Pingley Vale, Bigby High Road - close to the A1084 and Brigg Garden Centre.
West Lindsey District Council approved the application for a site just beyond Brigg's boundary with the neighbouring local authority, in Bigby parish.
The properties will have three, four and five bedrooms.
Another applicant has been given outline planning permission by West Lindsey District Council to erect four dwellings on land near Highfield, Thornton Road, South Kelsey.
West Lindsey planners are now considering an application seeking permission to rebuild the fire-damaged garage and chauffeur's accommodation at The Old Rectory, Main Street, Bigby.
The Old Rectory is grade two listed, but the building to which this application relates was constructed in the 1960s.
