A busy main road in Brigg is to be closed to all vehicular traffic for eight hours later this week.
Drivers should note that the A1084 will be subject to roadworks on Wednesday, April 11.
Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd will be working on the level crossing gates on Bigby Road/Bigby High Road.
As a result the A1084 will be closed to cars, vans and lorries at this point between 7am and 3pm.
Motorists will need to make a detour involving the A18 Wrawby Road and Kettleby Lane, Wrawby. Signs will be in place on the day to advise drivers.
Traffic delays are possible due to further roadworks in the centre of Brigg this week.
North Lincolnshire Council has given notice to motorists that it will be working on five replacement lights along Bigby Street, Tuesday to Wednesday, April 10 to 12.
