MINI BEAST FROM THE EAST FAILS TO HALT BRIGG LITTER PICK

The Arctic weather from the 'Mini Beast from the East' was no deterrent to the volunteers who assembled for Brigg's Litter Pick on Saturday (March 17, 2018).
The original date had been postponed following the raging snow blizzards of a fortnight ago, but the sub-zero temperatures and the bitingly bitter wind, accompanied by snow flurries, were conquered by the ardent volunteers who set out to near and remote parts of the town in their  valiant attempt to give Brigg a bit of a spring clean.
