Having won handsomely at the weekend, Brigg Town Cricket Club are clear division four leaders in the Lincolnshire County Cricket League, sponsored by Readers.
Brigg have only three further games to go in the 2017 campaign and Cleethorpes 4ths are the only other team with a chance of catching them.
The undoubted star of Saturday's win at Keelby 2nds was Matthew Bell, who scored 73 in Brigg's total of 148 and then claimed five wickets for 14 runs as Keelby were dismissed for only 25.
On Saturday, August 12, Brigg will be playing bottom side Scunthorpe Town 3rds at Hibaldstow (1.30pm start).
